Perhaps we have not shared our promotion numbers, but we are proud to report last year, out of all our promotions, women took 48% of those roles with half of the roles moving into a lead, supervisor or manager-level position. We are transparent about all of our job openings, posting them to our site, giving all our teammates the opportunity for continued growth internally.
