Paycheck never bounced (although the starting salary was 10K less than discussed)

Cons

They expected nearly 24 hrs a day on call managing furniture delivery for a derelict group of 3PL's. It was laughable at the very best. The benefits were so expensive they weren't usable. The 401K was 25% match after 6 months...with a 5 year vesting period, LOL!! This was the most unprofessional and backwoods operation I have ever worked for. Their regional and national management are the most self-loathing group of underachieving hillbilly's ever know to mankind. It was bait and switch from day 1. Good riddance...

AIT does NOT care about employees, management was literally told "no one is above a 3" (out of 5) to enter on our yearly reviews. You will be left to your own devices, but also micromanaged to death. Be prepared to make tough decisions and then get yelled at by management later if it's wrong even though they were nowhere to be found to begin with. There is constant work after hours including both Saturdays and Sundays and is 100% expected. No promotions, no positive recognition, no support. A lot of rude men making bad decisions without oversight

Pay is decent and competitive. Some company outings and events are pleasant.

Cons

"Nepotism" at its finest. No accountability if you are in the clique. HR is nonexistent and they completely ignore most emails. The entire place wreaks of cannabis.
