      Pros

      Average Pay. Some great people work there. The location is central to the entire Chicagoland area. Company "appears" to be growing.

      Cons

      Out of touch management. Conflicting value system. Outrageous amount of employee turnover on all levels. No review system in place. No raises. Poor industry and security compliance.

      Pros

      The company as a whole is growing in the industry, so future could be bright. They service several different vertical markets so there are multiple options for positions.

      Cons

      They do a lot of non compliant and unethical practices. Turnover is extremely high and management is very disconnected. You will hear 3 different things from different managers and not know who to listen to. Managers are scared to make any of their own decisions because upper management is very set in their ways and closed minded. The pay doesn't reflect how much work and how stressful it can be especially when you see how much money you are handling for the company. They claim their employees are their most important asset yet don't act like it. The culture / work environment is very strict and stressful and they don't show signs of improving those aspects. Training is a joke and there is no real time to fit it in anyways. Growth potential is limited.

      Pros

      My manager is wonderful and allows us to be flexible. I couldn't ask for a better one.

      Cons

      I have been with the company a while and have only received 2 salary increases, but the bonus program is great.
