Pros

AIT is very unique in that is has maintained a family culture for over 35 years. Even with a management buyout two years ago, the overall values remain intact. Few companies can sustain such changes without a significant impact to the culture. I believe Vaughn carries the value message throughout the organization and has enabled AIT to remain clearly focused and grounded to their roots.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and with that comes a faster pace and system changes. The opportunities are exploding which is encouraging to most.

Staying true to the cultural aspects of the company is certainly a competitive advantage for AIT. Some growing pains are to be expected with the rapid growth we are experiencing. The company’s global expansion strategy has, however, resulted in an abundance of career opportunities benefiting a multitude of AIT co-workers. Thank you for the feedback.

While coming from a rather diverse background, I am proud to be a member of the AIT family. Both the colleagues and the management team work together to make the environment a professional and inviting place to be. I would recommend anyone to AIT.

Cons

I am currently unaware of anything I would view as a true con.

Pros

Realizing the need for continued growth and development this exceptional ownership team, stable and supportive, have surrounded themselves with a strong and capable senior management team. A mix of experienced internal personal with top quality, highly experienced professionals obtained from the marketplace. There is currently a very strong sense of teamwork and direction that is evident throughout the company.

Cons

AIT is experiencing a period of the most condensed and consistent change in the company's history. A laser focus on growth bringing an influx of ideas, experience and knowledge combined with newly acquired technology has left some of the long and short term AIT family nervous and uneasy. Continued training and development should help the entire AIT family as we transition to the new, more diverse, better adapted AIT Worldwide.
