Benefits are expensive but good, day to day training on your job is light but there is a lot training opportunities available and Company really pushes and supports work life balance.

Cons

Opportunity for advancement is limited. They keep bringing in supervisors from the outside.

Some of the best things are the opportunity's for growth and advancement. The support from upper management to grow is amazing.

Cons

An industry bummer, not just AIT, is a low number of observed holidays. Our industry standard is six days, but we get seven.
