      Pros

      I really appreciated the agenda set up, and the time that many of our people spent with me throughout my first week of employment. Transitioning to a new company and culture is a unique experience, and this experience demonstrated to me that I certainly made the right choice to be part of this great organization. Everyone I met was helpful, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable of the Company. Looking forward to a long career with this great company.

      Living the Dream at AIT Worldwide Logistics

      Pros

      All the tools that the biggest logistics companies have without the 75 layers of upper management. From an IC owners point of view, they have made running a successful business easy.

      I seriously have no cons about this company.

      Pros

      Good family atmosphere and an up-beat culture. They are really making impruvements and expanding so I know the company is heading to a right place. The work is challenging and supervisors are really easy to work with and will be flexible with scheduling. They have a few fun events in the office every year and are really involved with charity work which is cool. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Some departments are more dysfunctional than others. Some love it here and have been here for decades--some departments have high turnover or some really unhappy people.
