liked the fast paced work environment which gave me the opportunity to learn something new everyday. i left the company to join another industry for more money but take it from me, the grass is not greener on the other side. if you find something good stick with it. i still have a lot of friends at AIT who are very happy there

Cons

my friends tell me the benefits are much better today with the new owners but when I left in 2012, the benefits and vacation time were terrible and the long work hours were a challenge for me sometimes

AIT has seasoned veterans that can impart career support for people interested in a career in logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain. If you are looking for a job, this is a GREAT company. If you are looking for a career, this is an EXCEPTIONAL company. This is a company who knows that the sum of its parts exceed the whole and success comes to those who bring something every day versus looking for a place from which to take.

Cons

New opportunities and products are coming on so fast it is sometimes difficult to know what service is the focus.
