I have worked at the company for a number of years and have received nothing but support and encouragement when it comes to my personal and professional development. There is a really positive sense of community, and the workplace culture celebrates collaboration and diversity. I feel empowered, involved in decision making, and respected by management to make independent choices for the benefit of my business area.

AJ Bell are a supportive workplace in terms of progression and goals. The company offer multiple training courses for development within the company that are recognized externally. They also provide access to qualifications. I have found that management have been supportive in my progression and goals within the company. AJ Bell also have monthly payday socials on the 7th floor to mingle with colleagues that creates a friendly atmosphere,

Good scheme for those entering finance- the level 4 IOS will allow you to transition to other junior or apprentice roles in different fields of finance.

Cons

Apprenticeship lacked structure - and co-ordination between Apprenticeship team and work team was weak.
