Employees have only little to say to get things done and there's not enough of resources to be able to do good job

Pros

company that pays sick days, friendly colleagues, good training programme and and the availability for professional study support to those who interested

Cons

Not very strong work ethics especially on the team I worked, People should take a more positive approach to work and not just "do the job". Hard performers are neither recognised nor rewarded, not very good basic pay and enormous amount of workload within an understaffed team that's main focus should be clients.

Pros

"Foot in the door" as a junior staff member, to gain some experience before moving on elsewhere. SOME genuinely nice people who work hard (without appreciation) and a close social circle.

Cons

Will only progress if you know the right people. HR department are not worthy of being the "go to" for staff members as they are not trusted and underhand/biased promotions. No flexibility with hours. Hire too many "kids" so they can pay cheap wages - and therefore no-one gets treated like an adult or trusted. If you're not liked by the right people you're bullied out.

Pros

Friendly colleagues. It was a good sociable friendly environment to work in. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other.

Cons

Salary was very basic. I felt that for the pressure and amount of work, the salary elsewhere is much higher and a lot more competitive.
