- Good benefits for staff - Payday drinks, leadership sessions, summer and Christmas dos. - Free gym in the office

Cons

- Low salary, expected to do a lot of work for minimum salary. Work overtime and dont get paid for it - Not many development ops - Micromanagement

Good healthcare scheme, good time off, bonuses can be good

Cons

You’re expected to do more than you’re paid for and maybe get promoted, the training is poor and mismanaged in my opinion - Management are not very knowledgable about day to day duties and push high stats on you regardless of how much you’re doing.
