The people here are great and very committed to help students succeed. The work can be demanding balancing the interests of both parents and students, but there is plenty of support from management. The work is somewhat seasonal as it revolves around the ebbs and follows of the school year and SAT testing cycle, but AJ Tutoring does what it can to smooth out your schedule by offering summer cross training to help you start teaching additional subjects and get summer training hours and they offer experienced tutors the opportunity to participate in committees or to work on projects like material development.
