Pros

Good pay, flexible schedule (following high school kids schedule), rewarding work if you like teaching. Overall a very positive experience! I love teaching and I loved connecting with the students. I am still friends with some of them to this day. It was cool to see what schools they went to, etc.

Cons

High school kids flake and can be late, you still get paid but its still not the best if you don't want to be a jerk about it. You are teaching affluent kids so their work ethic isn't always ideal and the parents can be......parents.

Pros

Great pay, friendly staff, flexible hours, very professional company

Cons

Since you don't get full-time hours year-round as a tutor, it's kind of hard to make this a career. Really great part-time job however. You'll probably deal with challenging students or parents from time to time.
