Pros

Leadership is accessible and invested in the success of the business. Company has been around since the 1950's, and it's still growing. Many people have worked at the company for a very long time, it feels like a family. The benefits are also excellent.

Cons

Communication across departments could be improved, they have made some improvements in this area lately.

The people you work with are good people pretty lax environment

Cons

The pay is crap they say occasional weekends then expect you to work every weekend the management is horrible they lie to the employees alot treat them like crap the turnaround rate is insane constantly have new people so they never learn how to do the job before you have to train a new one mostly because they figure out the pay is not worth it the operation is terribly unorganized a lot of what goes on dont make no sense
