Pros

Slave wages..........truckers need to boycott, refuse to pick up their loads of slave labor products.............with $550 million in revenue they can treat u like they want...............forced over-time and low wages......don't buy paper plates from Wal-mart, Dollar General, Family Dollar or anywhere else that AJM Packaging sells too.............

Cons

Long, long work hours and 6-7 days a week forced overtime

Pros

The only real pros are the fact that there is work to do.

Cons

The pay is terrible, if you try to use sick time or time off you get written up. If you get written up 3 times you get fired. Management is scum, they really don't care about the employees. If you get hurt they don't believe you and threaten to write you up. Forced overtime, there were people who have been working for 2 months straight 7 days a week but the company justifies this FORCED labor by paying time and a half even if you don't want to.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is the benefits I really wish I could say more good things about this company

Cons

All the equipment is junk and the maintenance men are all lazy idiots. There are way to many "Bosses" or in other words to many chiefs not enough Indians. They promise you reviews and raises and they never happen. Supervisors or Dock foreman don't get overtime even though they do more then 40% psychical labor and some how they get away with breaking the law. OSHA shows up and they hurry and put all the guards on the machines. The point system is unfair and I don't think it's legal it doesn't matter if you have a doctor excuse or use personal days you still get pointed. All and all its a horrible company to work for they do nothing but lie to you and say it's so great and it's a career and it's not it's just a job. New hires make more then people that have been there for years and there is no set start rate for any position and the don't promote from within. It's the most unprofessional and poorly ran company I've ever worked for hands down!!!!!!
