They were very helpful in the training process and were understanding about your family life if an emergency arose and you had to miss a day.

Cons

There were a lot of Hispanic people that worked there, and sometimes it could get very frustrating with the language barrier at times.

The place by far has the best benefits all around.

Cons

This place is absolutely nuts. The owner is a psychopath and the COO is his enforcer. The owner changes directions 28928392839232 times a day and does nothing but send scolding emails left and right. Whenever he comes to the plant you can feel how it sucks the life out of the place. Everyone walks in fear. If the queen of hearts had a male version of her (off with his head!!!) it would be that guy. Besides the fact that he has hired the most idiotic, less capable, leadership you could ever find, it seems he has made a personal mission to get rid of the good productive ones to keep the madness going. No one knows what is the strategy or the plan. The COO is a bully who's only two tools are intimidation and condescension. The owner needs to approve literally everything. I wouldn't be surprised that he approves the purchase of toilet paper. This place is so bad people just keep on walking out of the role without giving any notice.

A lot of male shovanism Women overworked some 30 plus years same position. And if someone close to you passes away don't expect any condolences
