Great medical, good coworkers, easy job.

Cons

This is a place where dreams go to die. Owner is a guy that blasts a person on email and copies everyone to see. Corporate managers only pushes and does not provide any help. Safety? What safety? People just get hurt and owner only cares to produce. Plant managers don't last more than a couple of months if lucky because they are disposible. The company crushes your soul and your self-esteem. If you want to collect the worst paycheck of your life with the most toxic owner you will ever work for, this is the right place for you. Did I say that you work til u drop, 6 days a week straight, sometimes more?
