Pros

It's close to Bryant Park and shops so you can walk around on your lunch break if you ever get one .

Cons

Hostile environment, benefits are next to non existent ( approx. $400 a month for employees, family members are not covered at all, but are offered benefits) If you have a family, your whole paycheck goes to commuting and benefits.

none really. some cool people to work with but that's about it.

Cons

terrible benefits and no help from senior execs. Do everything in house to save money - every single little thing. Every envelope you're getting in the mail has actually been printed, folded and mailed by your Asst Property Manager.
