Pros

Good support from superiors and available platforms, team spirit, solid structure, the resources to succeed are available. Covid hasn’t been easy but I can’t praise AKAM and the team enough for really supporting the managers in addressing the new guidelines and working together to ensure our clients have the information they need. In my particular position, there are also a lot of additional income opportunities which I’m happy about.

Cons

Not many to truly complain about. I’m happy with the company overall. If anything I would say the recent change in ownership has highlighted some transitional issues and the fact that many departments just feel understaffed which has impacted our clients, vendors, and their experience. We’re a team and if it’s evident that the team needs support in accounting and finance, it should be considered.
