there are a ton of advancement opportunities and brilliant people to learn from. The properties are top notch. Some amazing pre-war buildingd and new developments.

Management were really laid back. They weren't those strict bosses but still made you accountable if you aren't performing up to expectations.

Cons

Only downside to my job was the shift times. However I believe the shift times are the same for all concierges throughout any company. I felt the shift times were weird but I understood why the shifts were designed like that.
