Pros

I am a portfolio property manager stationed at the corporate office. The biggest pro is the fact that the executive team is approachable and willing to help groom property managers

Cons

Work-life balance is hard as portfolio managers can have between 6-10 late Board Meetings per month. Assistants are paid to attend and take minutes but managers are not. Also it is a customer service industry, so be prepared to be abused by unit owners/shareholders. Finally the sponsored Health Insurance is expensive
