Pros
Good PTO, can typically flex time depending on your manager, remote (for now).
Cons
Everything is extremely disorganized. Management is untrained and not supportive, or they just don't care. Favoritism runs rampant across all teams and pay is well below the market rate. Process changes are continuously rolled out without a solid implementation plan and zero follow through. No feedback is ever given and even after starting early, working late and going above and beyond your job description, your year end review will be Meets Expectations with a 1-3% raise if you're lucky. Absolutely no room to grow- could be an okay first job as long as you job hop. This place will chew you up and spit you out-avoid at all costs.
