      Pros

      Working from home is great. The hiring paperwork was easy and convenient.

      Cons

      The pay is barely a living wage in the state I live in. They hired me for my extensive experience, but do not pay me adequately for that experience and expertise.

      Pros

      I was privilege to work for a great team, they did not micro-manage and leaders supported their team. Remote.

      Cons

      They hired a new VP, promoted people to upper management roles who then turned their back on the recruiters and account managers. MASS LAYOFFS with no notice. Literally laying people off by the handfuls without putting you on performance plans, or giving you any notice.
