I have been with AKQA for a little under 2 years. In this time I have been exposed to amazing work and even better people. AKQA encourages its people to strive for excellence and provides the opportunity for professional and personal growth. I have been able to progress in my career with support from direct management as well as other senior leaders within the organisation. The current leadership team in the Melbourne studio are warm, approachable and an asset to the organisation. They continue to provide sound direction and their communication to their employees is exceptional. From a cultural perspective, AKQA is fantastic. Internal events are always a highlight and help to bring the already close-knit team closer.

Best agency for office culture, wellness events and activities. Lots of wonderful people to work with. Good client roster. If you are in UX or strategy or account management, you can go far here. There is a genuine effort for all members of the agency to hash out culture and values. If you are not on an intense project, the work-life balance can be decent, for an agency. Good SF location. Creative output is high quality.
