Pros

Legitimately care about employees. Lots of people into health and fitness so classes and encouragements. Co-workers are good people. Senior management is approachable and supportive and it is a big plus to have a ton of autonomy.

Cons

Some administrative bottlenecks to get things (like travel) done. Projects can often change direction at the last minute.

Pros

No responsibilities, Nobody is watching so you do whatever your heart desires, great snacks, good coffee, work here if you want summer camp vibes all year around.

Cons

Terrible Pay, No bonus, male dominant, all male leadership, ego over productivity, no job security, No leadership consistency, No management skills at all, neglect their 10 year employees, cliquey account teams, Can't keep accounts for more than a year, employees are scared of CEO, no raises but they'll pay for the leadership team to jet set around the world with friends.

Nice office, once a week morning breakfast, every other Thursday party evening. Nice location

Cons

Since two of the major senior executies left AKQA NY few months ago, things have changed. New management does not know how to run an Agency in NY. Lots of politics, people are trying to save their jobs. Run away...
