Dedication, opportunities to advance, positive work environment, location, usually good opportunities because of the company's size

Cons

On the other side it can be difficult to switch to different teams especially if you are good at your current job, workload can be challenging, compensation could be better

Pros

You can bring your dog to work. They offer acupuncture and massages ( a few times a month) all subsidized.

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of diversity in the workplace, really bad on boarding or lack there of, hate to say that there were a few racist comments made really uncomfortable moments, no trainings or employee development, high turn over, no process and procedures that actually stuck, a lot of the people in charge actually have no clue what they are doing and, the list just keeps going however, I’ll just stop you get the idea it’s not a good place.
