Creative is creative, some good design.

Cons

Entire exco left with no contingency plan and left everyone else to clean up their mess. Current culture and for past few years is to take every last bit of your energy with no concerns for wellbeing. There is also very limited diversity and inclusion. Favouritism is clear, if you are not in the inner circle no chance of promotion.
