Pros

They are one of the leading agencies in the world for interactive advertising. Their benefits packages are very good, and for the most part the people who make up the company are hardworking caring people.

Cons

They give everyone salary pay to avoid the huge amount of overtime they'd have to pay as a result of people being forced into working ridiculous hours. The crazy work hours are a result of bad schedule management and and poor planing which is pervasive in just about every project AKQA SF takes on.

Pros

AKQA has a killer client list, we do great work, and overall the creative side is super talented and very humble :: most everyone on creative has a passion to produce great work. We also value a work / life balance - I think the hours are much more humane than say Goodby. Most people leave end the day here by 6-7 pm on average.

Cons

They pay less than other mediocre agencies, and Accounts walk all over us, while to us, most in Project Management seem incompetent and lazy - shrinking budgets, endless revisions (Creative). An agency like R/GA apparently have no accounts people, and a project management system in place which defends Creative, vs. trying to appease the client.
