Great name Impressive client list Interesting people Super snazzy offices All the latest technology and opportunities to experiment with it Reasonable hours (except for the night before pitches)

Cons

Projects can be a little bit rapid and shallow, prevent you from going too deep into a problem. Somehow this affects the sort of people there, really great and convincing and outgoing but maybe also lacking in a little depth?

I've been working at AKQA for over 3 years and still get the same buzz and excitement about projects that I did in year 1. Working with some of the best clients, on some of the most challenging and truly inspirational projects with teams that will push and support you all the way.

Cons

If you want a 9-5 lifestyle with a very structured framework then it's probably not the place for you.
