Truly incredible work. Commitment to excellence and quality. Lots of drive and energy. Regular company comms / events. Training and progression planning on the up.

Cons

Bit backwards - and not adapting quickly enough. Senior management is very male-dominated.

Pros

Great social scene with added extras like breakfasts, jimmy's bar, cinema outings, gym facilities, massages, fruit .... Excellent talent to work with!

Cons

Work you hard. Can be stingy on the pay brackets and generally put you a title below your level, make sure you negotiate on arrival.
