      Pros

      Most people are nice and helpful. Salary is fairly competitive for the industry. In house barista.

      Cons

      Lack of mentoring. No support whatsoever for professional development or learning. Little focus on addressing technical debt. Poor decision making from management. Poor planning and delivery of projects, especially across teams. The previous negative reviews are accurate

      Cons

      Bully culture, IT team is getting bullied everyday by other teams. People are leaving every week. It's one of the worst companies you can work with. Stress, after hours work, unpaid on-call roster are a few to mention.

      - No work life balance. - Toxic work culture. - Poor Managment and no planning becuase of this many people from sydney and chicago office were laid off. -No bonus paid to redundant staff. - Advice to Grads / Interns - consider this firm as your last option on the planet.
