The company is useless - they promoted an “outsider” to CEO so he can take they blame for their poor management, as it’s hard to manage a company properly when you’re only there every few months. HR is more concerned with tea club and breaking confidentiality than doing their actual jobs. Recruitment was barely scathed during layoffs, so that they can continue to have their team lunches and only use external recruiters. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff are underpaid, promised bonuses the company can’t afford, and told that an occasional lunch and free coffee makes up for it. The people who were made redundant got lucky, they had an easy out.

I have worked for this company for over two years. I feel this company has a weird culture where everyone says they support each other, but there isn't. Management says to care about employees, but what the company really cares about is profit, not employees. I don't feel that the company values ​​its employees, and I don't feel happy. Work is very stressful, I don't know about how others feel, but my health has been affected. Traders seem to be superior, I guess because companies think traders make profits and programmers work for them. Some traders are good, but some are not friendly. There is a famous saying in this industry that programmers are second-class citizens. I do feel that way at this company. Maybe I'm biased, but these are my true feelings. I would not recommend this company.
