      Every inch of the office is filled with bad political work culture. Nepotism at its best and whatever positive reviews you are reading they are pretty much written by HR and Recruitment encouraging their colleagues that are on their good books to write these positive reviews. Every bad review you are reading pretty much sums up Akuna.

      - Nice views from the office - Generally nice and young environment to work in

      - Management is incompetent; over hires and then fires everyone / rescinds offers - Tons of nepotism as described by others on Glassdoor - Low pay compared to competitors

      Smart colleagues, good people, interesting projects sometimes

      Cons

      The APAC office is not doing well, with 2 massive rounds of redundancies slashing 60 per cent of people. A lot of good people got let go. Bonus + base are probably on the lower end in the industry especially for the past few years.
