Pros

Learning the ropes of effective teamwork, management and timekeeping skills. Aldi is a company who pays above average, but they want the best of the best. your personal selling point must be that you want to consistently better yourself, currently i love timing myself on certain activities (working produce) racing others to get the job done and revisiting this on a daily basis, i want to work hard to show i am better than the rest. if you see it as a job, you will find it hard. challenge yourself. get out of your comfort zone never a dull moment

Cons

The company expects a lot, but it is completely achievable if you are ready for it. (work rates) Sure i can't work chiller as fast as lets say the fastest in the store, but i certainly can hold my pace.
