Pros

Quick, challenging always on the go learning new ideas all the time. Everyday is a different day at Aldi.

Cons

Constant unnecessary pressure applied to an individual unless you thrive on pressure

Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. I believe in working hard and earning my money so it was a wonderful surprise for me when I was promoted twice in my first year. I am very proud to work for Aldi.

Cons

People who don't pull their weight aren't disciplined so it does have a knock on effect to those that want to work but see those not working going unpunished.

Pros

I got on with the staff and customers and I was a hardworker, worked overtime when short staffed to. I worked on tills, stacking shelves &;fridges and freezers, cleaned to.

Cons

Some staff were lazy and had to be told to do their job.
