Residents were great, food was good

Cons

Horrible benefits, low pay for what’s expected. Management buddy buddy and very conviving. Will throw you under the bus quickly. Only care about getting residents into building buys don’t care if they can meet their needs. Constantly working the floor due to low staffing and doing my own job
