There’s none besides getting paid that’s if we get paid on time

Cons

They hire you for every other weekend for years then the new ED comes in and knows this but have all the staff working every single weekend while she’s home not caring. None of the staff are happy. Can’t spend real time with family on the weekends because we’re at work on the weekends when things are going on.
