      Compassionate care for residents, support from management, caring co-workers, and knowing that what we do each day makes a difference

      Very Welcoming Environment

      Pros

      I love working here because there is always a chance to move forward with the company. Everyone is always welcoming to new employees. They have recently developed affinity academy which will teach leadership skills to those in the field.

      Cons

      The company does not yet have a 401k. They are in the process of creating one which will help. There is not too much team building but they are trying harder.
