Very professional and friendly atmosphere. I have been here for over two years, and have had no issues with my employment at Affinity. Everyone I work with is amazing and extremely informative and helpful.

Cons

Occasional lack of communication, but this can happen at any large company!

The hardest working group of people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not because we are told to, but because we believe in what we do and want to.

Cons

Great insurance, but other benefits need beefing up, e.g. PTO, 401K, etc.
