If you are enthusiastic for patient access and have an insatiable appetite for overcoming objections, the goals are attainable and bonuses are uncapped to 200% growth (very difficult). Company is focused on pediatrics and growing tablet sales. Hungry & busy sales reps can make really good $

Cons

The culture is due for a change, a lot of old Pharma running the country and stuck in the 90s rhetoric science sales. It's a new world post Covid and sales models are shifting.

The office is located 25km north of Copenhagen. If you live in Copenhagen, yes you may have some travel time. But it is not really a problem as it is located in a nice area with lot of trees. Much closer to the nature.
