Not many growth opportunities here. If you don’t have a good work ethic this place is great for you! Management won’t know a thing as they practically live in their offices, and as long as you have a degree you’ll be paid well! Pay isn’t great unless you have some type of college degree, they favor the employees who have gone to college over the ones who have not, regardless if the degree pertains to the job, even though most of the employees with degrees (who are being paid max starting rate) are slow and have no motivation to get things done. Non-welcoming toxic environment.
