Part of Autozone but small company feel. Best Product in the market. Great compensation if you are a producer. Freedom, Flexibility & Support, get results and you will be very happy here. If you are a true sales professional you can build a solid career here.

Cons

Salary is low, but comp package is built on commission not salary.

Great environment, all employees I've encountered have been willing and eager to help me out, 3 week training period with guaranteed commission for your first three months to help make sure you can get acclimated before being on actual commission basis.

Cons

there is a lot of going through old records to determine what is a viable record for you to contact.
