Pros

This company is run properly easy to accrue time off. They almost always approve time off. Good work structure and team meetings. Great teaching. Great way to meet people. VETERAN FRIENDLY. They took care of me when I got out of the service.

Cons

When it is cold being outside being in the elements isn't the best. Sometimes have to go into crawl spaces and attics. Some customers homes are filthy dealt with a few hoarders. (None of the cons have anything to do with management. Management is amazing.)
