"Small Company" oriented. This allows people to get to know one another on a more personal level.

Cons

"Small Company" mindset (at times). This doesn't allow for quick adjustments to the demands of the industry in different markets.

Pros

Great people to work with and for, employees really seem to care about the direction the company is headed. Keep up the great work

Cons

Early on training was a little rough but management has identified this as an area that needs improvement and has implemented new systems and processes to improve training for new employees.
