Schedules can be very flexible (depending on your position) and management does their best to accommodate individual needs. Great team oriented atmosphere that is constantly improving.

Cons

With the company in a major growth period, a lot of work needs to be done and not all departments have the required staff.

Best Company I have ever worked at!

Pros

Allo has a open door culture because the only department that has a door is HR. The CEO of the company has his own cubical on the floor with the CSR department and even has answered incoming customer calls from time to time. Everybody I work with is friendly and it feels like a second home to me, so much so that I don't mind staying late some days. Allo is a company that believes in promoting people who drive to better themselves and better the company. I can't see myself working any where else, I have found my career company and have no plans on leaving until I retire. Unlike any other ISP in the country hands down.

Cons

Growing pains, but with how fast Allo is growing these kind of pains are expected.

Who doesn't want to be part of something new and exciting, we're helping to change the landscape of the communities we serve. When things get tough, you can count on having help from all levels of the company there to help out. The push for a work/life balance is fantastic and allows me to work hard but also be there for family events. Overall, I love my ALLO family!

Cons

Change happens fast around here; if you aren't someone who thrives in that environment, this isn't the place for you. We are a team environment if you like to come into the office, do your work and leave without talking to anyone you'll go crazy here!
