Cons

Trucks need to be cleaned and organized every day but unfortunately some employees don't care!!

Pros

Fun and entertaining co-workers, having the opportunity to enjoy mild weather when it's available, free services, field positions sometimes are provided with service vehicle to commute to and from office or job site.

Cons

Poor leadership in several departments, disorganized due to lack of communication, being forced to stand outside for 8 or more hours in any weather condition, very simple work (if you are intelligent, you will get bored quickly), can be labor intensive. In summary, this company wants to project a progressive, new age culture. However, coming from prior telecom work they are well on their way to becoming exactly what they claim not to be. Telecom companies such as Charter, Time Warner Cable, Spectrum, AT&T. Liberties, freedom and trust that you perform your job without micromanagement is slowly being eroded from the foundation of what they want to be. There isn't much room for advancement and promotion. Lots of room for lateral transfers. Like most companies, they like compliant and silent, little soldiers. Leadership is not keen on those who have an opinion or any kind of input.

Thank you for your honest review. We work hard to instill a culture of open communication and input for all employees at every level and department. We're so disappointed to read that this was not the impression you were left with after your time at ALLO. Please know, your voice has been heard across many ALLO departments and we appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback.
