Great coworkers. Horrid management.

Pros

Good coworkers. They made it bearable but the management leaves something to be sorely desired. The only way to get promoted or avoid being laid off is to be a suck up.

Cons

Management is bad. Senior level leadership is very self centered and lateral movement is non existent for people. Severely underpaid for the actual work you do.

Spending money they don't have.

Pros

Was a great company back when I started in 2017. Great people to work with, great pay, great hours, great benefits.

Cons

Self centered leadership. Only way to get promoted is to be friends with a senior leader or be a yes person. Leaders take massive risky ventures and had to lay off good hard working employees when those ventures failed. Betting and spending money they don't have with very little over sight, also ripe with theft and tool losses.

Teammates are mostly super friendly people.

Cons

Poor training. Improperly staffed. Too much money spent in the wrong places. Inconsistent management. Different rules for everything.

Based on the results from our Engagement Survey, we identified the need to enhance training for not only our teammates but also supervisors and managers so we can continue to build consistency across the company. To act on those results, we have implemented manager, supervisor, and peer trainings across the company on monthly topics.
