Pros

Great people (for the most part), decent benefits, and overall a very flexible work environment.

Cons

- Toxic managers who gossip about their employees to other team members (Hastings/York employees) -They only promote the people who’ve been around since the start -Pay is incredibly low -they want you to work 5 jobs but only get paid for one - They are so close minded when it comes to their strategy. They think just because it worked in Nebraska, means it will work in other states when that is absolutely not the case. - Communication across the company is awful. Everyone always feels out of the loop.
