Dear Ex-Colleague, First of all, thank you for taking the time to rate us on Glassdoor after you left. We take your criticism very seriously and are always grateful for open feedback and suggestions that reach us through various channels to constantly make ALLPLAN better. We have been in a state of change for some time now, which will certainly not be completed in the foreseeable future, because as agile and dynamic as the world is in motion, we as a company are also moving with it. We do not always succeed in addressing all topics at once, but it is our goal to constantly work with the voices of our employees in order to create a good working atmosphere for everyone in the company. For this reason, we have introduced company meetings in the form of quarterly global company meetings, which should give employees the chance to place their feedback directly and openly to our management and to exchange it with others in the company.
