      Pros

      You work with amazing individuals from staff to those you support. I've never felt so supported by a manager (Jen Michaelson). The scheduling provided is quite flexible. Great job for a student due to alot of down time.

      Cons

      While rewarding, it can be emotionally exhausting. Must have strong ability to think quickly, calmly, and creatively.

      Overtime opportunities, learn a lot of patience, sometimes get to do cool stuff with the people you support, there are people at the office who genuinely care and are awesome

      Cons

      No accountability is ever taken, literal criminals get hired to work with kids, favoritism galore, shame you lots if you need to call out, extremely stressful, you get beat up sometimes, you will not get paid enough for the stuff you will have to encounter
