Good benefits, thats about it

Cons

Terrible management, no focus on improvement (and lets just say their are plenty of opportunities), little communication between offices, completely ignoring efforts of employees to help make company a better place to work, selfish culture, little to no teamwork. I could go on and on and on... Do yourself a favor and don't even think about working here, you will wish you didn't.

Young, enthusiastic and self-motivated people. Before becoming part of Alstom, this company was a cooperative with a genuine and spontaneous spirit of collaboration. Being in Alstom, this spirit has been going slowly down.

Cons

It has chronic deficiencies in some management areas, especially in Human Resources department.
